This pretty ooak art yarn is handspun by myself using a batt  of exotic & bright colours & fibers.

It contains alpaca, tencel, nylon, tussah silk, angelina & firestar (for heaps of sparkle & glitz), bamboo nepps & bamboo fiber. Really yummy & gorgeous!

Reminds me of wildflower meadows in the summer - lots of green shades with splashes of bright yellows, pinks, reds, oranges etc.

It is a corespun yarn. Corespinning is a more intensive spinning technique that wraps the fiber around a core (in this case a laceweight wool yarn), between a 60 and 90 degree angle. It creates a thick and thin single, that looks quite different than a traditional single. It produces a very warm, light and fluffy yarn.

Would make a totally unique project.
